Stanhope was at one point a full twelve lengths off the pace. He finished strongly but the bird had flown. Stanhope finished seventh beaten 3.81 lengths to the Leanne Breen trained That's Mad. Stanhope will run at Navan on 4-9-21 in what will be a very important run for Stanhope. We were obviously very pleased for Leanne and her team, however, we need to get something going with Stanhope.

Friday, we start at the Curragh. The Galaxy Horse Racing Syndicate were back in action. Parkers Hill ran another good race last time for ourselves at Naas finishing third. Parkers Hill again broke very fast the downside is we ended up making the running again. It is hard making the running in these races, but you actually cant take Parkers Hill back when he jumps out like that. The hope was in a 25 runner apprentice race is there will be pace on we can break smart and take a lead from something else in the race. Parkers Hill we are so proud of him his consistency is rock solid now. We welcomed one of Ireland's promising young jockeys in Mikey Sheehy to the Black and Green colours. Mikey is attached to Joseph O'Brien and won the Galway Mile on Sir Jack Thomas. Leanne Breen was on target at Bellewstown during the week. We are happy with Parkers Hill, his work has been good. It is 25 runners on a massive card at The Curragh in an apprentice race. Parkers Hill did not run as well as we hoped last night a 25 runner apprentice race did not suit us at all. Mikey Sheehy reported that it was a very hectic pace as well as a rough race. They got racing a long way out. We will turn Parkers Hill out again quickly at Dundalk on Thursday back over six furlongs.

On the rest of the Curragh card. There were doubles for Colin Keane and Ger Lyons with Acanella and Sacred Bridge. I must say I was so impressed with Sacred Bridge she looks like a really top-class horse. There was a double for Jessica Harrington with Magical Lagoon.
